Austin Laz & Co. PLC started as a pioneer manufacturer of ICE Block Making Machines due to growth opportunities in Nigeria, it diversified into other divisions like corrugation of long span Aluminum roofing sheets (2005), manufacturing of thermoplastic coolers (2005), manufacturing of metro-step tiles roofing sheets, windows and doors and manufacturing of disposable plates, spoons and cups for both domestic and industrial use.

Board Of Directors

The company has 7 Board of Directors. The non- executive members of the board of directors have no business dealing with the company. The company’s senior management teams are employed and operate within the various divisions of the company and perform managerial functions for the company as a whole. The company currently implements the Securities and Exchange Commission’s latest code on corporate governance in line with the code’s requirements for public companies.


Austin Laz is a technological company comprised of a group of highly skilled engineers and support staffs with strong abilities in research, innovation and technical support. We have over 100 staff and 50 support staff. We also have distributors across 8 states nationwide.
